Are you Frugal?

Nov 03

It actually took me years before I learned and managed to adapt a frugal behavior. It is difficult and yes, you must involve and get the commitment of your entire household before you begin to enjoy and reap the benefits of frugal living.

Here are 10 signs of a frugal person:

10. You turn off a running water the moment you hear and see no one is using it.

9. You have a compost pile and recycles.

8. You have never been to Starbucks in your area.

7. You change your vehicle’s oil and oil filter yourself AND recycles the oil yourself.

6. You grow your own vegetable and fruits.

5. While walking in your neighborhood or anywhere else, you are known to pick up recyclables and litter.

4. You actually use the timer of your electric fan and aircondition unit.

3. You do not buy popular brands and swear they are ALMOST alike anyway.

2. You collect rain water to use to water your plants or for toilet use.

1. You do not buy extra condiments for your kitchen, and you tend to collect those packet condiments from fast food joints.
